At Homework Hub, we believe education is a shared journey for both parents and children. Starting the fall of 2023, we will  be offering workshops for parents/ guardians that enhance a range of social-emotional skills that support their children through out school. Additionally, we realize that parents/guardians need a break and time for themselves to recharge which is why we are dedicated to creating an enjoyable and enriching learning experience for our parents. Executive Functioning (EF): Building Essential Life Skills

In this workshop, we'll explore techniques to foster skills such as time management, organization, planning, and self-advocacy in children. You will learn strategies to create supportive environments that encourage the development of these critical life skills and promote lifelong learning.  At the end of this workshop, you will walk a way with tips and resources to use to help build upon your child’s executive functioning skills. Our workshops are designed to equip parents with the knowledge and tools they need to nurture their child's growth across multiple dimensions.

Mahjongg: Connecting Generations Through Play

Discover the ancient game of Mahjongg and its ability to bridge generations. Our workshop will bring moms and friends together and introduce you to the rules and strategies of this captivating game. Learn how playing Mahjongg can not only provide quality time with friends but also enhance cognitive skills and critical thinking.
