Temporary Student Registration Form
For students enrolling with Homework Hub for a review class, diagnostic exam, workshop, or trial session that can not
be signed up for online, please click on the yellow button below and fill out the temporary registration form.
Required Student Registration Forms
For students enrolling with Homework Hub for private and small group tutoring, please note the following important information and fill out all of the registration forms by clicking on the blue buttons below:
- There is a $40 one-time registration fee for any new student registering with Homework Hub. (A "new student" is anyone who is enrolling with Homework Hub for the first time for private and small group tutoring. This does not include review classes, workshops, or diagnostic exams taken in the past.)
- If a student does not have a discounted pre-paid package or a secure credit card on file then full payment is due on the date of booking.
