HwH Hotline Registration Forms
For students enrolling with Homework Hub Hotline, a service that provides last-minute online academic support, please click on the "red" button below to get started.

Temporary Student Registration Forms
For students enrolling in Homework Hub for a review class, diagnostic exam, workshop, or *trial session, that can not
be signed up for online, please click on the
"yellow "
buttons below.
- *A trial session is a private or a group class that students can try before registering with Homework Hub. This allows the student to skip the one time registration fee and only pay for the class. Going forward, students will need to do a complete registration using the "blue" buttons located below (Required Student Registration Forms) and pay the registration fee.
- It is Homework Hub’s policy that instructors are paid for any scheduled session that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Therefore, all cancellations of scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. (Please note that certain test prep and review classes have a zero cancellation policy.)
- Students using a temporary registration form must pay at the time of booking.

Required Student Registration Forms
For students enrolling in Homework Hub for private and small group tutoring, please note the following important information and fill out all of the registration forms by clicking on the "blue" buttons below:
- It is Homework Hub’s policy that instructors are paid for any scheduled sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Therefore, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. (Please note that certain test prep and review classes have a zero cancellation policy.)
- There is a $40 one-time registration fee for any new student registering with Homework Hub. (A "new student" is anyone who is enrolling with Homework Hub for the first time for private and small group tutoring. This does not include review classes, workshops, or diagnostic exams taken in the past.)
- If a student does not have a discounted pre-paid package or a secure credit card on file, full payment is due at the time of booking. In this case, an Alternate Payment Form is required, and students are not eligible to book recurring weekly sessions but may schedule sessions as needed.

Parent Communication Forms

- All communication forms should be submitted to Homework Hub at least one hour prior to the start of class.
- If forms are not submitted, teachers will use their best judgment to determine what is best for the student.
