Alexander Moore is a graduate of Columbia's Teachers College with three master's degrees. Mr. Moore was one of the first forty teachers to earn the New York State computer science teaching certification, and he is approved by The College Board to be a rater for The AP Computer Science A Exam. He is the recipient of The College Board's Female Diversity Award which honors schools that are committed to increasing female representation in computer science, and The FSSA Teacher Dedication Award. Mr. Moore is in his fifth year of teaching AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Science Principles. He is supported by assistant teachers working at Google and Meta.
