My name is David Pugliese and I have been a teacher for 19 years.  I started my career at Martin Van Buren High School where I worked for 12 years before I moved over to John Bowne High School where I have been ever since.  In that time, I have taught Social Studies classes including Global History, US History, Government, Economics, APUSH, and also an elective class called History through the Media.  I have recently become certified to teach AP Comparative Government and Politics.
