Communication:

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with parents/guardians, students, and staff
• Be approachable and responsive to parents/guardians', students', and staff's needs and concerns

Confidentiality:

• Maintain confidentiality of parents'/guardians', students', and staff's information and records
• Only share information with authorized personnel or parents/guardians

Respect and Inclusivity:

• Treat all parents/guardians, students, and staff with respect, dignity, and kindness
• Promote an inclusive environment that values diversity and individuality

Supervision:

• Ensure adequate supervision of students at all times
• Be aware of student whereabouts at all times
