Please prepare for your child's session:

 1. Make sure your child brings all necessary materials (agenda, workbooks, folders, textbooks, calculators, computer, etc.).

2. Please bring a nut-free bagged lunch, a separate snack, and a water bottle.

3. Remember to submit this form before dropping off your child. If not, our teachers will use their best judgment.

During your child's free learning period:

Teacher will choose a skill to work on that he or she feels beneficial to the student.

Student will write in his/her journal or D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything And Read).

Student can begin working on his/her homework.

Teacher will work on a skill that the parent feels is beneficial to the student. Please specify below.
