College Financial Services Rates:

We are pleased to offer the following individual services.

  • FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR HS SENIORS-INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

    Private Financial Services: $170/hr

Any services below can be combined into a private financial services session.

Scholarship (Merit Aid) or School Research: $170/hr

Maximize opportunities by researching schools, grants, and scholarships that align with the student’s academic profile, career goals, and financial needs. We take the guesswork out of the search by narrowing down the best-fit options—saving time, increasing affordability, and uncovering merit-based aid that might otherwise be overlooked.

    Schedules and Timeline Preparation: $170/hr

Staying on track is crucial when applying for financial aid. This session helps students and families create personalized timelines and checklists for FAFSA, CSS Profile, scholarship applications, and institutional deadlines—ensuring they stay organized, reduce stress, and never miss an opportunity.

SAI (Student Aid Index) Estimate:  $170/hr

Gain clarity and plan ahead with a personalized estimate of your Student Aid Index (SAI), formerly known as the Expected Family Contribution (EFC). This estimate gives families a realistic preview of what colleges may expect them to contribute and helps shape smarter financial planning decisions before aid offers arrive.

    Net Price Comparison Analyses: $170/hr

Not all financial aid packages reflect the true cost of college. We break down and compare the net price—what you’ll actually pay—across different schools, including tuition, fees, housing, and out-of-pocket costs. Families walk away with a clear understanding of which options are most financially manageable.

    Separation and Divorce Guidance: $170/hr

Divorced or separated families often face unique financial aid challenges. We guide families through how divorce agreements impact college financial planning and ensure accurate, compliant completion of the FAFSA and CSS Profile. Special attention is given to determining the custodial parent, non-custodial parent requirements (if applicable), and how to present the family's financial picture most effectively.

    Financial Aid Form Preparation: $170/hr

Navigating financial aid forms can be overwhelming—this session provides step-by-step guidance to ensure nothing is missed. We assist students and families in completing the FAFSA, TAP, CSS Profile, Excelsior Scholarship, and other institutional or state-specific forms accurately and on time. Learn what documents are needed, how to report income correctly, and how to avoid common mistakes that could delay or reduce aid eligibility.

Financial Aid Award Offer (Award Letter): $170/hr

Not all financial aid offers are created equal. In this session, families will receive expert guidance in reviewing and comparing award letters from multiple colleges. We break down each component—grants, scholarships, loans, and work-study—to determine the true cost of attendance. This helps families make informed decisions about which school is the most affordable and financially sustainable in the long term.

Financial Aid Negotiation and Appeal Form Preparation: $170/hr

Help students and families advocate for themselves by preparing well-crafted financial aid appeal letters and negotiating existing offers. We guide you through the process of presenting compelling cases—whether due to competing offers or changing financial circumstances—and correspond directly with your selected university financial aid offices when appropriate. Our goal is to help secure the most favorable aid package possible.

    Change in Circumstances: $170/hr

Life changes can significantly impact a family’s financial situation—and colleges need to be informed. This session helps families navigate financial aid updates due to job loss, medical expenses, separation/divorce, or other major life events. We assist with documentation, form completion, and communication with financial aid offices to request a reassessment of aid eligibility and ensure colleges have a complete and accurate picture of your situation.

    Loan Guidance: $170/hr

Help families understand student loan options, interest rates, and repayment plans to make informed borrowing decisions. Topics include the differences between federal and private loans, eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and guidance on Federal Entrance Counseling, Master Promissory Notes (MPNs), and Parent PLUS/Graduate PLUS loan requests. Assistance is also provided with the completion and submission of all necessary student and parent loan-related forms.
