Create A PayTrace Account

(Please read carefully!)

It is Homework Hub’s policy that teachers are paid for any scheduled session that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Therefore, all cancellations of scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge to your credit card or a loss of a prepaid session. For this reason, this credit card form is required to be filled out in its entirety, unless a discounted package has been purchased or the session is pre-paid in advance. 

A PayTrace account is required for any student that does not have a discounted pre-paid package and wants to book reoccurring sessions. However, if you prefer to pay through cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle, and save the 3% customer service fee, please do so by the start of the session. Your account will not be charged unless payment is not made before or at the time of service. Having a credit card securely on file also allows you to avoid a late payment charge. There is a $10 late charge for any payment not made on the day of the session and an additional $1 per day until full payment is made. A late payment is deemed as any payment that is not received by the end of the business day.

To create a PayTrace account, click on the button below. This link will bring you to the PayTrace Gateway to securely store your credit card information on file. PayTrace is a level I PCI compliant gateway which accepts all major credit cards. Please pay your one time $40 HwH registration fee at this time. .If you are already registered with HwH but want to update your card on file, please put in a charge of $0.01. This charge of $0,01 will drop off over the next few days. After you fill out the required information and your transaction goes through, you must create an account at the bottom of the PayTrace form!
