Learning Pods

Learning Pods are small-group programs for homeschool students that provide structure, academic support, and social interaction, while parents remain the primary educators. These Pods help students reinforce and deepen core subject concepts while exploring additional enrichment opportunities. Students stay engaged through direct instruction, hands-on projects, creative activities, and interactive learning experiences.

Homework Hub Offers Supplemental Learning Pods that provide intervention, support, and enrichment classes that are tailored to each student’s individual needs. We may recommend:

• Intervention Classes– Small-group instruction with a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio to support students struggling in specific areas.
  
• Core Support Classes – Additional reinforcement to strengthen understanding and build confidence in core subjects with a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio.
  
• Enrichment Classes – Engaging classes designed to enhance academics, creativity, and socialization skills with a 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio.

Homeschool Documentation Support

Homeschooling in New York requires specific documentation. throughout the school year. Many families find this process intimidating. Our job is to make the compliance process clear and manageable for families. We help families stay organized and confident with these requirements, including:

• Letter of Intent.
• Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP)
• Quarterly progress reports.
• Annual Assessments.
