Gregg’s coaching philosophy is practical, individualized, strengths-based, and
neuroscience-informed. Rather than simply telling clients what they should do, he helps them understand how their habits, environment, routines, motivation, and cognitive strategies interact—and then builds systems they can realistically use in everyday life.
His multidisciplinary background allows him to work at the intersection of executive functioning, learning, performance, wellness, and behavior change, making his coaching particularly relevant for students, professionals, athletes, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking greater structure and consistency in their lives.
Mission: To help people turn intention into action by developing the cognitive strategies, routines, habits, and systems that allow them to perform, learn, work, and live at their highest sustainable level.
