Hello! My name is Jewel, and I am the Program Coordinator at Homework Hub. I am excited to help lead Homeschool Hub and work alongside families throughout their homeschooling journey. As a homeschool parent myself, I understand the heart, commitment, and dedication that go into guiding your child's education.

I hold a degree in Social Work and have worked extensively with children and families in both academic and mental health settings. My background includes serving as the Youth Director for the nonprofit Let's Heal, where I led mental health workshops for youth, facilitated group sessions at the New York Institute for the Blind, and provided crisis support through the Long Island Crisis Center and Volunteers of America. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support student’s academic growth as well as their emotional and social development while partnering closely with families.

At Homework Hub, my goal is to help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every student feels encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive. I look forward to getting to know each child and supporting them throughout their homeschool journey.
