This section helps us understand requested supports and whether the Learning Pod can provide an appropriate, positive experience within its small-group model. Families may share only information relevant to participation and support needs.


IMPORTANT: Submission of information about support does not guarantee that every requested service or accommodation can be provided. Homework Hub will discuss available supports, questions, and possible alternatives with the family.
