Dr. Aliceia Varriale is a dedicated and experienced mathematics educator with over two decades of teaching and instructional leadership in New York schools. She currently serves as a Mathematics Instructional Coach and high school teacher at Hempstead High School, where she develops engaging math programs and mentors teachers to enhance instructional practices and student success.

Dr. Varriale holds a Doctorate in Education from St. John’s University and advanced

certifications in school leadership and mathematics instruction. Her extensive background spans classroom teaching, curriculum design, and academic program coordination, including experience as an Early College High School Coordinator and department chair.

Passionate about helping students build confidence and mastery in mathematics, Dr. Varriale brings a patient, individualized approach to tutoring. She specializes in Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Regents/SAT Math preparation. Her goal is to make math accessible, meaningful, and achievable for every learner.
