I am a former Professor of Design at Pratt Institute, a career and technical education (architecture) HS teacher, and a visiting critic; at NYIT; NY School of Interior Design; University of Idaho, Industrial Design; Philadelphia University, Industrial Design. I am graduate of Pratt Institute, with a Bachelors of Architecture (Barch) and a Masters of Industrial Design (MID), and have dedicated my career to interdisciplinary design due to my early work at Pentagram and Lippincott, an unparalleled training ground.

Professionally I have been involved in Commercial Architectural Interiors, Product Design, and Graphic Design, published for innovations in design, and awarded a Presidential Design Achievement Award by the National Endowment for the Arts I have always been interested in the possibility of social change through design, education, and especially the written word. After a decade of writing, where I completed two novels, and am working on a third, I am currently working on my first screenplay, Bandwidth.
